We can also offer a thermal imaging service which uses a specialised infrared camera to detect heat given off by individual solar panels to produce an image of that thermal energy.
This image will reveal whether any dangerous hotspots exist that are invisible to the naked eye and allows for risk mitigation due to possible future electrical or mechanical failures.

Tracking your solar system's health
Performance reports
As part of the solar maintenance offering, we provide regular performance reports which track energy utilisation and the financial outcomes of your system. With our partners at Orkestra, we have designed reporting to give key metrics on your solar system.
ZEN will provide reports based on your selected frequency which include metrics such as solar savings, energy output, carbon emission reduction and the percentage of solar energy generated, consumed and exported over time.
